Viewing your Balance and History
Total Balance: Click the arrow beside your cash balance in the header. A pop-up will appear showing the individual balances of your USD and local currency wallets.
Game History: Visit the Transactions page. Your history will show each wager and win in the specific currency used for that round.
Transaction History: You cannot filter the list to show only one currency, but the list clearly highlights which currency was used for every deposit or withdrawal.
Requesting older history
If you need transaction or game history older than 3 months, please email our support team.
Please include: Your reason for the request, the specific items needed (e.g., Login history, Game history), and the target dates.
Timezone: Please specify dates in UTC (Note: UTC is 9 hours behind Japan Standard Time).
