Can I change my account currency?

Once you’ve selected your account currency during registration, it cannot be changed afterward.

However, you can now enjoy the flexibility of using multiple currency wallets under the same account, no need to create a new one.

  • If your account currency is USD, you can add another wallet to play in your local currency.

When you make deposits or withdrawals in a currency different from your main wallet, the conversion will be handled automatically by the payment provider based on their exchange rate.

This allows you to switch between currencies seamlessly and play in the one that suits you best.

How to add a new currency

Adding a second currency to your account is simple. You must complete a deposit to activate the new wallet:

  1. Click Deposit to enter the deposit page.

  2. Select the payment method you wish to use.

  3. Once the amount field appears, look for the currency symbol displayed next to it.

  4. Tap the dropdown menu beside the currency.

  5. Select the currency you wish to add.

  6. Enter your amount and complete the deposit to activate the new wallet.

Switching between Active Currencies

Your "Active Currency" is the wallet you are currently using for deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

  • To switch: Click the dropdown menu next to your cash balance in the top header and select the other currency.

  • While playing: You cannot switch currencies inside an active game session. You must close the game, switch your wallet from the header, and reopen the game.

Do I need separate verification for each wallet?

No. The verification process is the same regardless of which currency you use. Once your account (and you as a person) is verified, that status applies to your USD and other currency activity. Just upload your documents as normal.

Inactive Wallets

If you don't use a specific wallet for a while, your funds remain safe. They will sit in that wallet until you decide to switch back to it, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
